Opportunities

Langtree's principal activity is to develop and invest in commercial and industrial properties in prominent locations.  Our main focus is currently on acquiring property investments in order to expand our portfolio and strategic development projects where we can add value through our expertise.

The Group continues to play to its strengths and is specifically seeking the following opportunities:

Development

• Preferred location: Predominately in the North West of England, but all areas of the UK will be considered 

Investment

• Preferred lot size: £1m-£7.5m
• Preferred location: North and Midlands
• Property: Modern single-let industrial up to 40,000 sq ft, and modern multi-let industrial up to 200,000 sq ft
•  Lease Term: Any Lease Term/WAULT considered

Joint Ventures

• Partners: Local authorities or other public sector organisations

All introducing parties will be guaranteed a quick response with suitable reasoning. Fees will be paid for successful introductions.
