In August 2006, HBoS committed to 47,000 sq ft at Langtree Group plc’s Forty Springardens, Manchester.

The institutional lease was agreed at £28.00 per sq ft with the bank occupying the fifth to eighth floors, as well as an element of retail accommodation on the ground floor.
