is a Chartered Surveyor and Group Development Director at Langtree. Martin joined Langtree over ten years ago and is responsible for overseeing the development of all schemes throughout the regions, with specific responsibility for significant projects. Previously, he was heavily involved in the North West’s property and development activities as our North West Regional Director.
Prior to his employment at Langtree he was in private practice with Dunlop Haywards in Manchester, where he worked for seven years, dealing in all aspects of industrial property throughout the North West and Midlands.
